My mother, husband and I decided to create a shared multi-generation home in 2014, after much thought and deliberation. This was accomplished with a 1000 square foot addition to our home and considerable renovations and upgrades to the existing property. From start to finish, Sapphire Homes and Bar-T Construction oversaw the project. They were a one-stop shop, as they hired and managed all the quality sub-trades. Any unforeseen issues that developed during construction were dealt in a flexible and positive manner. The project was completed on budget and on time. As a result, my mother, husband and I are all very happy with the results. Together they helped us create a home that more than meets our needs, and a living space we are very proud of. With four young children and two months of summer ahead of me, I would have loved a cabin to take them to, to explore, to fall in love with nature as I do. Well, fast forward to the present and the time was right to build a cabin for our children, now grown and their wonderful families. Sapphire Homes and Bar-T Construction were very professional and knowledgable when we spoke with them, so we contracted Sappire Homes to build our amazing paradise at the beach. They handled everything before we even knew it needed to be done. They lead us to finding all the items we wanted for our Lake Home to have for the comfort of all of us. Crystal was very friendly and very helpful to me when picking out the various cabinets,plumbing,flooring, wall colours...etc. Any problems were dealt with in a professional and timely matter. Trades used by Sapphire Homes were professional and friendly at all times. The building site was cleaned up regularly, which built excitement towards our future cabin. Sapphire Homes and Bar-T Construction took our ideas and made our dreams come true. Our multigenerational cabin, cottage or Lake House whichever name you call it is our beach paradise to be enjoyed by our children, grandchildren and future great grandchildren for many decades to come.
